Facelift, Pull and Replace, and Full-Scale Renovation are the three levels that our distinctive approach to design lets you place your vision and budget. We try to stick to your precise budget and remodeling goals at every stage.

The "facelift renovation" stage of home renovation is the first. This stage, as its name suggests, involves replacing the surfaces in a specific section of your property.
Facelift remodeling is the least expensive of the three options because it typically just requires minor upgrades and substitutions. The interior of your home can still be renewed in subtle ways, though.
Some examples:
- Upgrade or modify your lighting setup
- Replacing kitchen or bathroom fixtures such as countertops, sinks, faucets, etc.
- Installing new cabinets, shelves, drawers, and other storage components
- Re-painting your walls with fresh patterns, wainscoting, and moldings.
The second stage of renovation is called "pull-and-replace," and it involves completely replacing built-in features in the desired region of your house. Comparing the alterations to facelift remodeling, the changes are more profound. Pull-and-replace, in particular, demands for newer variations of the same functionality to be located mainly in the same location.
Because of this, it could be considerably more expensive than a cosmetic renovation but gives your house a more thorough makeover.
Some examples:
- Changing out the equipment in your kitchen or bathroom (i.e. refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, showers, tubs, plumbing, etc.)
- Changing your carpet for hardwood floors, or the other way around
- Modifying the wainscoting, molding, and doorways in the hallway

Finally, as opposed to a facelift or pull-and-replace remodeling, a "full-scale renovation" is more of an interior space overhaul. It involves demolishing everything in a specific area of your home (and in some circumstances, your entire home) and starting from fresh there.
Of course, this type of remodeling is the most expensive, but it is only offered if you want to completely redo a place to suit your tastes and preferences. It requires completely changing the arrangement of a room from top to bottom.
